+ What types of spaces can I list?
We primarily feature styled homes but we do consider commercial spaces if the styling matches our company credentials!
+ What is the reservation fee?
Listing a space on our site is completely free! We take 30% of the reservation price as a commission for the Home Studio List service.
+ What happens when someone wants to book?
We’ve broken the process down into a few quick steps:
You receive an email whenever a request to rent your space comes through. All you need to do is review the details and accept or deny the request.
Accepting the request will trigger an email to your future guest. Your guest has the next 48 hours to pay the invoice for your space so we ask that you save the date in the meantime. Payouts to you are processed within 48 hours of the registration.
You’ll get confirmation from us when the reservation is all set! We’ll send you a calendar invite, as well.
On the day of, we recommend being home to let your guests in, show them around, and answer any questions they may have. We encourage hosts to be home throughout the production and we’re constantly amazed by how many hosts and guests become fast friends throughout the process.
After the production happens, your Reservation Manager will check in with you to make sure everything turned out great!
+ How and when will I be paid?
Each payout is processed within 48 hours of the reservation. We’ll confirm your payment processing details before sending. We use Paypal for payment processing because it is the safest and fastest option.
+ How do I connect with the guests?
Once a reservation is confirmed, you’ll receive the guests phone number in case you need to reach each other on the day of the reservation. As a host, you are required to coordinate letting the guest into your space on the approved date/time.
+ What happens if a guest cancels?
Reservations cancelled 14+ days in advance from the production date are fully refundable (minus the reservation fee) to the client but we will work with them to hopefully secure a new date. Reservations cancelled 7-14 days prior to production date will result in a 50% payment. Reservations cancelled 7 days or less from production date will result in a full payout.. This is to accomodate for your time/prep/planning.
