You can expect to hear back from us in the next three days. Our speedy Reservation Managers handle all logistics of the rental process so you can focus on the work that really matters. Once you get a confirmation email from us, you’ll receive all the day-of details.
Your host will greet you at the door, show you around, and answer any questions you may have. Our spaces are styled to perfection so all you need to do is show up and get started!

Our selection is curated so you don’t have to sift through hundreds of options. We guarantee only the most quality locations with natural lighting and custom personality.
Once your reservation has been approved by the host, your Home Studio List Reservation Manager will send an invoice your way. Upon payment, your reservation is officially confirmed and added to your host’s calendar.
All Home Studio List pricing is by the hour for flexibility and transparency. Because our spaces are real homes that our hosts live in, we operate a bit differently than traditional studio space. We do not offer day rates and hourly pricing is non-negotiable.
Reservations cancelled 14+ days in advance from the production date are fully refundable (less the reservation fee).
Reservations cancelled 7-14 days prior to the production date are refundable by 50% (less the reservation fee).
Reservations cancelled 7 days or less from production date are non-refundable.

If your request is denied, we will help you find another space or date that works even better!
We recommend booking early so you get the space of your dreams reserved! We suggest placing a request at least 2 weeks in advance (or more) for the highest chance of your request being accepted. Last minute requests cannot always be accommodated, and we do not take day-before requests.
We would love to set up a scout session for you! We book scout sessions as 30 minute reservations.
Please note that you would like to scout the space in your request details (include potential dates and times that work best for your team) and your Reservation Manager will make sure to get that scheduled for you. We like to make sure your production details are approved by the host before scheduling your scout session so that your time, and the time of your host, is honored.
We understand that traditional studio spaces do not typically charge for scout sessions. Because our spaces are real homes that people live in, we operate a bit differently. For those reasons, we compensate the host for the time and preparation required to have guests through to scout.
We get it- things happen! Additional time is billed at 1.5x the hourly rate as is available at the hosts discretion. We cannot guarantee additional time is able to be extended to you on the day so we encourage you to make sure your request covers all the time you'll need on site (including setup and cleanup).
