We recommend that hosts do the following for reservations:

  • Maintain a clean space and disinfected space in accordance with CDC guidelines

  • Ensure a hand washing station is available and ready to use along with soap and paper towels

  • If a hand washing station is not available, we encourage providing a hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol

  • Some hosts may consider hiring a licensed professional cleaner before or after reservations

To help limit the spread of COVID-19 hosts may provide:

  • Disinfecting wipes or disinfecting spray

  • Disposable masks and gloves

  • Hand sanitizer

Tips for Guests

According to the CDC, the coronavirus mainly spreads through person-to-person contact. We’ve put together some tips to help minimize risk (and maximize your creativity!)

Plan ahead

Limit the number of team members involved on-site with your production to abide by state and local capacity guidelines.

Pack a supply kit of disinfecting wipes, disposable gloves, or disposable masks for you and your crew.

Work with your crew to plan out shots beforehand in order to eliminate unnecessary use of spaces as best as you can.

Mask up

A mask should be worn by you and your on-site team at all times while indoors or while in close quarters with others.

Masks should cover both your nose and mouth in order to be the most effective.

Let the outside air in

Utilize outdoor spaces as much as possible in order to decrease risk.

When using indoor spaces, open up windows if possible to allow maximum air ventilation.

Practice social distancing

Make sure you’re maintaining at least six feet of distance between you and others in your team.

Wash Your Hands

We suggest washing your hands frequently, especially when entering the space or after touching surfaces.

Sing yourself a tune for 20 seconds while you wash with warm water and soap. (The chorus of Beyoncé’s Drunk In Love is our go to!)

If for some reason, soap and water are not available to you, a hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol will do!
