We love the high-end open living with a chef's kitchen, stunning dining room and a floor-to-ceiling double-sided fireplace. This is an entertainer's dream house. The kitchen, dining and living room all showcase vaulted ceilings and floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors that open up to create the perfect indoor/outdoor 'al fresco' flow.

$300/hour

4 hour minimum

+ a 5% reservation fee will be added to your final bill

+ Can I scout the location before booking?

We would love to set up a scout session for you! We book scout sessions as 30 minute reservations.

Please note that you would like to scout the space in your request details (include potential dates and times that work best for your team) and your Reservation Manager will make sure to get that scheduled for you. We like to make sure your production details are approved by the host before scheduling your scout session so that your time, and the time of your host, is honored.

+ What happens if I need more time on-site during my reservation?

We get it- things happen! Additional time is billed at 1.5x the hourly rate as is available at the hosts discretion. We cannot guarantee additional time is able to be extended to you on the day so we encourage you to make sure your request covers all the time you'll need on site (including setup and cleanup).
