This airy and versatile space is filled with natural light. The bedroom has floor to ceiling windows, great for stargazing at night from a king size bed. The home also features a wood burning fireplace, outdoor space that has dry sauna, cedar hot tub and outdoor shower space.

Flexible daytime availability weekdays + weekends.

$250/hour

1 hour minimum

+ a 5% reservation fee will be added to your final bill

+ Can I scout the location before booking?

We would love to set up a scout session for you! We book scout sessions as 30 minute reservations.

Please note that you would like to scout the space in your request details (include potential dates and times that work best for your team) and your Reservation Manager will make sure to get that scheduled for you. We like to make sure your production details are approved by the host before scheduling your scout session so that your time, and the time of your host, is honored.

+ What happens if I need more time on-site during my reservation?

We get it- things happen! Additional time is billed at 1.5x the hourly rate as is available at the hosts discretion. We cannot guarantee additional time is able to be extended to you on the day so we encourage you to make sure your request covers all the time you'll need on site (including setup and cleanup).
