Inviting, classically Southern, deep front porch and fenced in front yard with large manicured backyard, a perfect southern backdrop. First floor available with elegant, storied, award-winning interiors. Downstairs includes large living room, dining room or conference room, breakfast room with additional seating, kitchen, entry and powder room. Perfect space to intimate dinners, business meetings, photoshoots, podcast recordings, product shoots, or video shoots. Large dining or conference table indoors available for meetings or dinners. Perfect location for photographers to host sittings for holiday shoots. Possibilities are endless in this gorgeous indoor and outdoor space! As a design studio, décor may change; we may also work quietly upstairs during bookings.

+ Can I scout the location before booking?
We would love to set up a scout session for you! We book scout sessions as 30 minute reservations.
Please note that you would like to scout the space in your request details (include potential dates and times that work best for your team) and your Reservation Manager will make sure to get that scheduled for you. We like to make sure your production details are approved by the host before scheduling your scout session so that your time, and the time of your host, is honored.
+ What happens if I need more time on-site during my reservation?
We get it- things happen! Additional time is billed at 1.5x the hourly rate as is available at the hosts discretion. We cannot guarantee additional time is able to be extended to you on the day so we encourage you to make sure your request covers all the time you'll need on site (including setup and cleanup).
