With a beautiful, photogenic apartment, Hannah decided to allow other photographers and creators rent out rooms in her apartment for their creative work. This led to Hannah bringing in a couple thousand dollars of extra income each month! – The idea of Home Studio List was born.

In the episode Hannah shares how she was able to build Home Studio List, a business the relies heavily on the idea of a sharing economy, a model very similar to businesses such as AirBnb and Uber.

Building a business like this comes with a new set of challenges because you are no longer serving one audience, the customer. In a sharing economy like Home Studio List, you need to market to two different markets, those who want to list and those who want to rent.
